A Council Bluffs man has died after a crash on Friday.
The Council Bluffs Police Department says 59-year-old Edward Abraham died after he was taken to the hospital for injuries suffered in a crash on 9th Avenue, near Pine Street around 7 p.m. on Friday.
Police are still trying to determine if a medical issue caused him to veer into a parking lane and hit a parked Ford Crown Victoria.
Police said Abraham’s minivan pushed the unoccupied vehicle about 50 feet before stopping.
Investigators said other reasons for impairment are not suspected.
No other injuries were reported.
