At approximately 11 p.m. on the 24th of April, Andrew Buss reportedly lost control of his 2005 Chevy Silverado Pickup on I-29 and rolled it over. Buss claims to have been swerving to avoid hitting a deer.
A couple of lanes of the interstate had to be shut down until the vehicle could be removed from the roadway. Buss was arrested for Failure to Maintain Control of a Motor Vehicle and Suspicion of Operation While Intoxicated.
