COUNCIL BLUFFS, Ia. (KMTV) — A Council Bluffs pastor accused of sexually assaulting two young girls in Omaha has been arrested in Minnesota.
Emanuel Rodriguez, 44, was arrested in Carlton County, Minnesota. According to police reports, two girls ages 11 and 12, reported being sexually assaulted by him. The Omaha Police Department confirmed a warrant was issued for his arrest after.
On the National Assemblies of God website, Rodriguez is listed as the pastor of the Calvary Assembly of God Church in Council Bluffs.
He's currently being held in a Minnesota jail.
