Council Bluffs Police officials are looking for a man and his dog involved in a attack near the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge.
Officials said the man and this dog were involved in an incident with another person and their dog at Tom Hanafan River's Edge Park around 8:30 am. Thursday.
CBPD are asking anyone witnessed the incident to contact Council Bluffs Animal Control at (712)328-4656 or gbarrett@councilbluffs-ia.gov.
