ORIGINAL STORY: Council Bluffs Police are asking for the public's help identifying the man in the attached photograph.
They say he was located this afternoon at the Super 8 Motel in Council Bluffs. Police say he is unable to communicate with them, and they would like to get him home.
He is about 5 feet tall, 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He has a scar next to his right eye. He is wearing the pictured purple shirt, gray shorts and flip flops.

He is currently in protective custody with the Iowa Department of Human Services.
