COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa — Council Bluffs police are asking for the public's help in locating Justin Messmore, 38, Council Bluffs. He's 6-foot 1-inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen in Council Bluffs on June 25th around 11:30 p.m. Justin left his home on foot and he does not have his cell phone with him.
