Council Bluffs Police are investigating a home invasion Tuesday Night.
Police were called to a home near 35th and Avenue H just before 10 p.m.. The victim told police he entered his apartment and was confronted by a man who got in through his unlocked patio door. The suspect pointed a gun at the victim and told him to freeze. The victim then dove through the closed window from his apartment and ran away to call police.
It's unknown if the suspect took anything from the victim's apartment. Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at (712) 328-7867.
