Council Bluffs police are investigating a phoned in threat to the school district's main office this morning.
After receiving the threat, the district says it activated it's safety plan and coordinated with police to investigate and to have officers present at all schools. Some of the schools were not in session yet when the threat was received. The district says it has no information that the threat was credible. All schools are operating as normal.
