An Offutt Airman will stand trial for the murder of a fellow Airman.
Airman Timothy Wilsey will be court-martialed for premeditated murder and desertion in a military court. A date has not been set. Wilsey is accused of killing Airman Rhianda Dillard in her dorm at Offutt Air Force Base last August.
A general court-martial consists of no less than five Airmen and a military judge. The accused may also be tried by a military judge if requested.
