OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — It's back to brewing for baristas at Crane Coffee's Eagle Run location.

The staff celebrated a grand reopening of the business located at 129th and Maple Friday.

In October 2017, a driver of a Jeep smashed into the coffee kiosk. The Jeep was fully lodged in the building.

"Unfortunately, we did receive an accident 18 months ago here at this location. But, we're not here to focus on that, we're here to focus on the future and the connections that Crane has with the community," Jesse Moore, director of marketing and engagement for Crane Coffee said.

The crash injured four Crane Coffee employees.

The Jeep driver, Jake Yestingsmeier, 34, is serving up to 3 years in prison for the wreck.

Court documents indicate Yestingsmeier had a history of huffing and he bought a 3-pack of compressed air just before the crash.

He said he blacked out.
