COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (KMTV) — Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren is making a stop across the river this week.
News of the trip comes just days after the Democratic Senator announced she is forming an exploratory committee to run for President in 2020.
Warren will visit Council Bluffs for an organizing event Friday night at McCoy's Bar. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and admission is first come, first served.
Warren will also hold events in Storm Lake, Sioux City and Des Moines on Jan. 5.
A CNN/Des Moines Register has Warren fourth among possible candidates behind Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders and Beto O'Rourke.
