Douglas Co. asks for helping identifying theft suspect

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Neb. (KMTV) — The Douglas County Sheriff's (DCSO) says they need help finding a suspect who has been linked to several cases involving thefts from vehicles in West Omaha and subsequent fraudulent credit card purchases.

They have released these pictures of the suspect:

They believe the suspect may have a female accomplice who has used the stolen cards to purchase gasoline.

They say these vehicles have been linked to the incidents:

They say the man has used the cards to purchase tools, gas and air conditioners.

Anyone with information about the suspects is asked to call Detective Mike Dechellis at 402-444-6225 or the Douglas County Sheriff's Tip Office at 402-444-6000.

Those who provide tips may be eligible for a cash reward.
