OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — On Monday, Fire Chief Joel Sacks of Ponca Hills announced a county-wide burn ban on behalf of Douglas County fire department chiefs.
The ban was placed on Saturday evening and will remain in effect through Wednesday.
Conditions will be re-evaluated at that time.
