Douglas County Sheriff's Office shares porch pirate video

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The Douglas County Sheriff's Office needs your help finding a woman they say stole a package from a porch in Northwest Omaha.

They say the woman in the video took the package, which contained clothes and shoes for her children from their grandmother, on Monday afternoon.

The suspect is described as female, 25-35 years of age, between 5'3" and 5'4" with dark hair and tattoos on her arm.

They say the suspect was driving a black Pontiac Solstice or Nissan 350Z with black rims.

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call the Douglas County Sheriff's Office at 402-444-6000 or visit their Facebook page. Tips leading to successful identification and prosecution of a suspect may be eligible for a cash reward.
