Omaha hospitals treated 27 total patients with firework-related injuries over the last week, according to releases.
CHI saw the most people total with 18 and three of those minors 13 or younger. Nebraska Medicine treated eight total patients and Methodist had just one.
The hospitals did not indicate if any of the injuries were severe. In Lincoln, on the other hand, a man lost part of his hand in a firework accident.
