COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (KMTV) — Last night, the Council Bluffs Police Department says a Crescent, Iowa man ended up driving through a glass storefront after hitting a parking meter.
Around 8 p.m. last night, they say Mark Armstrong was traveling east when he "hit a parking meter in the 400 block of 1st Ave and crossed 4th St hitting the building."
Armstrong's vehicle came to rest, partially in the The Hub trampoline park. Police say children were inside but that no one was injured and that charges are pending.
After the wreck, Armstrong was transported to a local hospital for observation.
