Vismar Carmona-Martinez, 19, appeared in court Wednesday after being charged with felony motor vehicle homicide for his role in a crash that killed 67-year-old Ann Smock. Carmona-Martinez had his bail set at $1 million.
Investigators say Carmona-Martinez's BAC was three times the legal limit.
