OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Due to operations by first responders, traffic is being diverted and backing up in neighborhoods near the 96th and Harrison intersection. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
There is what appears to be a bottle of bleach that unconfirmed sources say was placed suspiciously in the road.
1:50 p.m. The Omaha Police Department's Bomb Squad is now at the scene to investigate.
2:45 OPD says it's not an explosive, explosive liquid but they are still unsure what it is. They say it will be some time before they finish up at the scene.
