OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) - The Omaha Police Homicide Unit has booked Antoine C. Johnson for second-degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
Johnson was extradited from Denver after he was taken into custody there on May 29.
He is accused of shooting and killing 29-year-old Trent Stutheit on Easter Sunday.
