OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The Douglas County Election Commission said on Tuesday that applications to vote early in the 2020 Primary Election were mailed to people who placed themselves on a list to do so.

This is what they look like:

People who receive the applications must fill them out and return them by mail, email or fax. If you prefer, you can also do so in person at the Douglas County Election Commission, located at 12220 West Center Road, in the Bel Air Plaza.

If your application is received, early ballots will be mailed on April 6.

If you were registered to receive an early Primary ballot but did not, or if you want to register for the program, you can request one at the Douglas County Election Commission's website at: https://www.votedouglascounty.com/

The deadline to submit an application is Friday, May 1, 2020. Ballots will be due on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 8 p.m.
