Emergency work happening is happening on I-80 on Thursday afternoon.
Westbound I-80 to northbound I-480 has been closed by the Nebraska Department of Transportation. This is to repair bridge joins and it'll last until about 4:30 p.m.
People are urged to drive cautiously through construction zones, detours and alternate routes.
