The American Red Cross is working to see if a family will be able to return to their home after a fire Saturday evening.
Omaha Fire Department received reports of flames and smoke at a home on 47th Avenue.
Several units responded to the area and found the occupants had evacuated the burning building safely.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
