OAKLAND, Iowa (KMTV) - On June 3, the Pottawattamie County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a tractor rollover accident.
A male, later identified as Charles W. Pierce, was found to have suffered fatal injuries after the tractor he was driving rolled over on a steep hillside.
