Federal court jury trials in Nebraska pushed back through January

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Due to the ongoing pandemic, the United States District Court for Nebraska has continued its suspension of jury trials until next year.

The new order will only impact federal court cases, not county cases, and will include cases set to begin on or before January 31, 2021.

The court will "vacate, extend, or amend this General Order no later than January 31, 2021."
