Former Bellevue City Administrator Dan Berlowitz makes a plea deal with prosecutors.
Berlowitz pleaded no contest to disturbing the peace for this incident in June at the dental office of Allan Smith.
Security cameras captured the confrontation between the two men.
Prosecutors dropped third degree assault and criminal trespass charges.
The Bellevue City Council fired Berlowitz back on August 22nd.
