The Omaha man accused of secretly recording a girl and a a woman while he was a gymnastics coach was back in court Monday.
The case against 27-year-old Bryce Fogg will head to trial in district court. He is facing charges of recording girls while a coach at Premiere Gymnastics in Omaha.
Police arrested in Fogg in Kansas in July. Authorities then extradited him back to Nebraska.
