Retired Papillion Police Chief Len Houloose was arrested Thursday and booked into the Sarpy County Jail for driving under the influence.
Houloose, 58, was also booked for refusing to submit to a test and pretest, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of an open alcohol container.
Bond was set at $10,000.
Houloose joined the Papillion Police Department in 1992 and retired in December, 2014.
