The family of Judge Mark Ashford says funeral arrangements have been finalized.
Judge Ashford's services will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Augustana Lutheran Church, located at 38th Street and Lafayette Avenue. Chief Justice Mike Heavican will give the eulogy.
Visitation is set for 5-8 p.m. Monday.
Judge Ashford, 66, spent 30 years on the bench in Douglas County and Douglas County District court. He was found dead in his chambers at the courthouse Wednesday evening.
He's survived by his wife and two sons.
