A department store in West Omaha will re-open its doors just in time for the holiday shopping season.
Gordmans near 147th and Maple will hold its grand opening Thursday under new ownership. The original store was among several locations across the country that closed in the spring of 2017 after the company filed for bankruptcy.
Texas-based retailer Stage Stores bought Gordmans and allowed some stores to remain open.
