OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The First Responders Foundation recently opened a gym to help first responders train for the upcoming Guns and Hoses event. The gym is aimed at providing a resource for the physical health of first responders.

And now, the foundation is also working towards helping those responders with their mental health. The First Responders Support Team holds meetings and provides services to help those on the front lines of trauma deal with stress and PTSD.

3 News Now photojournalist Sean Kelly spent the day at one of the group's meetings to show us what is being done to provide the support first responders need.
