One man is in jail following a single vehicle DUI crash Halloween night.
Ralston Police say officers handing out candy to kids were called to the crash at 83rd & Harrison around 8:30 p.m. Monday night. Officers say 35 year old Kok Mayiik lost control of his vehicle and hit a tree. His unrestrained 3 year old child and his wife went to the hospital with serious injuries. Investigators say Mayiik's blood alcohol level was three times over the legal limit.
Police booked Mayiik for DUI and other charges.
