OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Creighton students are back on campus after a late-night ricin scare.
The university tweeted that people at Davis Square were evacuated after reports about a student producing ricin in one of the rooms.
It has been reported that a student produced ricin in a room in Davis Square. Omaha Fire evacuated the residents and a hazmat team is on scene. Please avoid this area until further notice.

Hazmat teams were called around 9:15 p.m. and sealed off the apartment and the Creighton University Medical Center campus location, where a person was taken for treatment.
No word yet on that person's condition.
Firefighters turned the scene over to police around 12:40 a.m. Friday.
