A hearing is now underway in Douglas County Court which will determine which direction the Anthony Garcia murder trial will go forward.
A judge is hearing arguments on whether Garcia's Chicago-based attorneys Alison and Bob Motta will be allowed to remain on the case with new Nebraska licensed attorneys. If the judge refuses to allow the Mottas to remain on the case, the trial which was scheduled to begin Monday will likely be delayed for months.
