COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa- One man is dead after an early morning hit and run.
It happened around 2:15 this morning on I-480 past the bridge heading into Council Bluffs.
When crews arrived at the scene, the man was not breathing.
The name of the victim has not been released.
