OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Homicide suspect Wallace Hubbard turned himself in at OPD headquarters this morning.
Hubbard has been booked at Douglas County Corrections for first-degree murder and use of a gun to commit a felony in connection with the alleged homicide of Robert Williams Jr. which occurred on Sunday.
