An employee at University of Nebraska Medical Center was cut on her face in an attack Friday morning at the hospital, according to Omaha Police.
At 8:19 a.m., officers responded to a call of a cutting at Nebraska Medical Center, near 42nd Street and Dewey Avenue, an OPD press release states. A hospital employee had been cut on her face with a sharp object, requiring stitches, the release states.
Police arrested Zacherey Dvorak, 37, and booked him at Douglas County Corrections; he faces charges for assault of a healthcare professional and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
