OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — An investigation identified the malware operation used to access customers' payment card information between December 2018 and July 2019.
It only affected gas pumps, drive-thru coffee shops and restaurants.
Hy-Vee check lanes weren't affected.
The store says it removed the malware and is looking at ways to enhance security for processing payment cards.
