COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa. (KMTV) — Former Vice President Joe Biden and his wife, Jill, will kick off his eight-day, 18 county "No Malarkey" bus tour across Iowa on Saturday in Council Bluffs.
Doors will open at 2 p.m. with the event start time planned for 2:45 p.m.
