Jury selection is underway for the trial of accused Creighton killer Anthony Garcia.
The process of picking a jury started Monday with a total of 128 potential jurors. They are being asked four questions, including their stance on the death penalty, and if they would have a problem being sequestered during the trial. The entire week has been set aside for juror interviews.
Garcia is accused of killing Dr. Roger and Mary Brumback in 2013, and 11-year-old Thomas Hunter and Shirlee Sherman in Dundee in 2008.
