The State of Nebraska will decide on Nov. 20 whether or not Trans-Canada's application to build the controversial Keystone XL Pipeline through the state will be granted.
The five-member Public Service Commission panel must decide whether or not the project is in the state's public interest.
Supportersbelieve the pipeline will bring jobs and revenue to Nebraska, while environmentalists are worried the pipeline could leak and would violate landowners' rights.
