The headline act for this year's Bank of the West Celebrates America concert has been announced.
Kool & the Gang will take the stage for this year's concert in Memorial Park on June 30th. Lincoln's Emmett Bower Band and Omaha's The Confidentials will open the annual free concert, which begins at 6 p.m. The fireworks finale is scheduled for 10 p.m.
This is the 27th year for the concert which draws tens of thousands to Memorial Park.
