OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) - Omaha police have blocked off the parking lot of a business on 42nd Street and Ames Avenue.
Several squad cars are parked outside of Ames Avenue Convenience, where they were responding to a shooting. Officers can be seen interviewing people in the lot and helping control traffic in the area.
The victim, 31-year-old Jabari Liggins, was transported to the University of Nebraska Medical Center for his gunshot wound.
