A disturbance in Benson early this morning leads to a six hour stand-off.
Omaha Police and the SWAT team were called to 61st and Maple around 2:30 a.m. for a report of a man making threats.
According to police, there was a disturbance between employees of a restaurant and a resident in an upstairs apartment.
They believed there was an armed gunman, but later determined no crime was committed.
Police and SWAT were on scene for about six hours.
