Students at a Metro Christian school are getting an unexpected extra day off Wednesday.
Lifegate Christian School at 156th and Dodge will be closed Wednesday due to illness.
In a message on Facebook, Superintendent Dan Diercks tells students to get well and he will see them on Monday.
There are no classes Thursday and Friday due to scheduled parent teacher conferences.
