OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Today, a new statue, representing Nebraska, will be unveiled in Washington D.C. The statue depicts Nebraska Native/Native American Civil Rights Leader Standing Bear. Senator Deb Fischer will be on hand during the dedication ceremony as well as Congressman Steve Fortenberry.
