OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — One local distillery celebrated six years in business Saturday with proceeds benefiting local veterans. Patriarch Distillers and Soldier Valley Spirits put on the celebration in La Vista.
The company creates the drinks with a military theme. They say events like this are greatly supported by the community.
"People really like supporting veterans, that's one thing, everybody knows a veteran and people that are still deployed so people come out in masses and support the vets and we're glad to see that.," said Jeff Hadden, owner of Patriarch Distillers / Soldier Valley Spirits.
Part of the proceeds will go to Omaha AMVets Post 13.
