OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — According to court documents, Bailey Boswell's trial for the alleged murder and dismemberment of Sydney Loofe will not take place in Wilber, Nebraska...the location where her co-defendant, Aubrey Trail, was tried and found guilty.
Her defense argues that pretrial publicity, the outcome of Trail's trial and jurors who may been exposed to details of Trail's trial could have an impact on her own.
As a result, District Judge Vicky L. Johnson has ruled that Boswell's trial will be moved to Lexington, Nebraska...just west of Kearney.
