OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — This morning, Bellevue Police, detectives and Sarpy SWAT served a search warrant to a man accused of sexually and physically assaulting a woman who was a juvenile when the alleged incidents took place.
26-year-old Dakota B. Oehm, was arrested for First Degree Sexual Assault, Strangulation, and Second Degree Domestic Assault.
Police say they began investigating the suspect and incidents after the alleged victim made a report back in April.
