The Council Bluffs Police Department arrested DeCarlos Jackson after a woman accused him of trying to kidnap her.
Police say Jackson was at the Filling Station, near 2nd Avenue and 16th Street, when he asked a woman who was bicycling nearby to come look at his young son.
That's when the woman says Jackson grabbed her shirt, pulled her into his vehicle and asked her to perform sexual acts, according to police.
Jackson left the woman in the locked car when she refused, police say, but she was able to escape when he returned and unlocked the doors.
Jackson faces charges of third-degree kidnapping and assault with intent to commit sex abuse.
