Marquez Sanders, 25, has been arrested on second-degree murder charges in the death of Ernesto Saavedra in September of 2016.
On Wednesday, members of the Metro Area Fugitive Task Force transported Sands to the Douglas County Correctional Center from the Pottawattamie County Jail.
